Deep Meditative Breathwork Session

This group experience is a 2-hour breathwork session facilitated by Polina, a trained and certified breathwork facilitator. She will guide you to lie down and breathe while listening to a carefully selected playlist of music and sounds in order to melt you into a deep meditative state, let go of stress and worries, and feel recharged as you step out of the session.

However, when facing psychological and physiological problems in life we look at almost every area of life to work on missing the one that is the most vital to the very core of our well- being.

This practice brings every person a very special gift of understanding what’s truly important in their individual life and inner self unbiased by uncertainties of the outer world.
